WynCoat® Like all surfactants, a substrate wetting additive is a molecule having both a hydrophilic and a hydrophobic part. The additive’s molecular structure determines that the orientation will drastically lower the surface tension of the liquid. Wetting additives provide multifunctional benefits in a range of applications including inks and coatings. SL-3246 optimize flow and leveling, enable the elimination of surface defects and reduce surface tension.

SL-3246 is equivalent to BYK-346 in international markets.
