With these additives to achieve high closure rate, flat plate surface and high bonding tensile strength with the substrate.

XH-1685 is equivalent to L-6860 in international markets.

XH-1685 foam stabilizer is a Si-C bond type of polysiloxane polyether copolymer.

It has been originally developed for HCFC, water and hydrocarbons blown polyurethane foams, delivering very good foam stabilization and extremely fine celled foam; however industrial experience has demonstrated that it may also be used as a general purpose surfactant for other rigid foam applications.

• Gives the product a superior capacity in emulsifying, nucleus forming and foam stabilizing.

Density at 25°C: 1.06-1.09

Moisture: ≤0.3%

Use levels for this type of foam can vary from 2 to 3 parts per 100 parts polyol (php)

Available in 200kg drums.

24 months in closed containers.
