With these additives to achieve high closure rate, flat plate surface and high bonding tensile strength with the substrate.

XH-1790 is equivalent to L-6860 in international markets.

Product Details

XH-1790 foam stabilizer is a Si-C bond, non-hydrolytic type polysiloxane polyether copolymer. It is suitable for various rigid foam applications in waterborne foaming system. XH-1790 can provide regular cell and dimensional stability.

Viscosity at 25°C:600-1000CS

Moisture: ≤0.2%

PH 1% aquwous solution: 6.0+1.0

Applications

• Specially designed for water as blowing agents

• The compatibility for the whole system is excellent.

• Obtain high foam opening and good dimensional stability.

• Mainly used in the field of water-blown cell opened spraying foam, panel, packaging and filling foam in low density. 

Levels of Use (additive as supplied)

The common level range for XH-1790 is 1.5 to 2.5 parts per hundred of polyol (php).

Package and storage stability

Available in 200kg drums.

24 months in closed containers.
