XH-1698 foam stabilizer is a non-hydrolyzable silicone stabilizer that has been developed especially for hydrocarbon blown rigid polyurethane foam systems.

Moisture: 0.2%

Applications

XH-1698 is a highly efficient surfactant suitable for refrigerator and cool-store applications.

 XH-1698 provides extremely fine cells and therefore low thermal conductivity.

 XH-1698 delivers good foam flowability, even density distribution and reduced surface void.

 The combined effect on fine cell & flow, delivers foam with constantly thermal conductivity in all areas of the foamed cabinet, improving the overall energy saving. 

Levels of Use (additive as supplied)

Use levels for this type of foam can vary from 2 to 3 parts per 100 parts polyol

Package and storage stability

Available in 200kg drums.

24 months in closed containers.
