Application

The LRA-2 is special design for lower the release force after release coating cured. It could be adding to release coating system (both solvent base or solventless system) during the mixing process. After cured, it could be achieved lower release force and with lower impact to the subsequence adhesive. This modifier would be efficiency for different type adhesive.

Application

SF 300 is special design for Glassine PEK, CCK etc. Substrate coating. The dosage of different component should be adjusted base on different process condition and application. After mixed components even, the coating on the substrate surface to curing and achieved the target release profile.

Processing

When application LRA-2 into Siemtcoat system, please following bellow ratio and mixing process:
  1. Weight the main polymer

  1. Weight low release force additive LRA-2 base on need                              0.5-4p
  2. Mix the additive even
  1. Weight the crosslinker
                                        0.5-5p
  1. Mix the crosslinker and make sure it was dispenser well
  2. Weight the catalyst Siemtcoat 5000 and add in during mixing                       0.7-2p
Attention: do not mix the crosslinker and catalyst directly as dramatic reaction would happen
  1. Mix until the catalyst even

Package

Net weight 20kg per drum or 1kg per bottle.

Or according to customer’s need.

Shelf-life

It should be storage in a closed container at -20°C to +30°C。

Standard shelf-life is 24 months. The expired day is marked on label for each drum.
