WynPUF® XH-2581 is non-hydrolyzable silicone stabilizer that has been designed to provide excellent foam stability and fine regular cell structure. It has full hydrolytic stability and can be used as a separate stream or in water/amine/silicone pre-blends. WynPUF®  XH-2581 offers enhanced stability while yielding foams with good breathability.

Appearance: Yellow or colorless clear liquid

Viscosity at 25°C：500-900CST

Density@25 °C：1.03+0.02 g/cm3

Water content: ＜0.2%

Key Features and Benefits

● XH-2581 is high potency surfactant, with very wide processing latitude and provide the foam with better hand feeling.

● XH-2581 has excellent foam stability with good breathability in various foam density from 10kg/m3 to 35 kg/m3

● XH-2581 can minimize the density difference in the PU slab stock foam.

Levels of Use (additive as supplied)

WynPUF® XH-2581 recommended for conventional flexible foam. The detail dosage in the formulation depends on several parameters. For example, density, the temperature of the raw material and the machine conditions.

Package and storage stability

200 kg drums or 1000kg IBC

WynPUF® XH-2581 should, if possible, be stored at room temperature. Under these conditions and in original sealed drums, has a shelf-life of 24 months.
